Empowered Connections: Consent on the Dance Floor by Leading Authentically

Open to leads and follows of salsa, bachata, and any other partnered dance. Improve your skills of consent, healthy communication, effective feedback, and meaningful connection. A social will follow the workshop as an opportunity to ground together and celebrate learning and connection. Together, we can continue to build a safer and more compassionate dance community!

Facilitating this workshop is Lexi Salt (she/her), Founder & Director of Leading Authentically! She is a Gendered and Sexual Violence Prevention Educator and has been facilitating consent and healthy masculinity workshops for over 10 years.

Lexi is passionate about unpacking power dynamics, systemic transformation, and radical self-care. As an activist and artist, she is dedicated to using dance to facilitate social change.
