Join us for an immersive journey through intuitive somatic movement, meditation, and sound, in INNER TEMPLE. This is a unique expeeience designed to nurture your inner sacred space. Guided by Ana Martinez, Inner Temple harmoniously blends these modalities to inspire profound relaxation and presence, reconnecting you to your Inner Temple. Class is also complimented by hands-on healing techniques to ground and center you in a state of true peace and presence.

This class welcomes EVERYbody, with no prior experience necessary.
