Special Event: Sound Meditation

Sound Meditation is a wonderful way to relax and start a weekend. With summer ending, it's time to enjoy some "Special Event Fridays" at the studio. SOUND is an experience, with an array of sound instruments Vicki plays to entice, relax, restore and rejuvenate your mind, body and soul. This is a relaxation class, no exercise, perfect first-time class, with limited space. Please RSVP so your space is set up for you. This class is suitable for anyone who can be on the floor, we will get comfortable using bolsters and blocks to provide a wonderful comfortable relaxation experience. Friday at 5:30 is the perfect way to kick off a weekend. Join Vicki, studio owner and instructor this month for SOUND on the 12th at Deep in the Heart Wellness, 405 Galveston Street. $10 walk-in for all 30-minute classes or part of your UNLIMITED Monthly Pass.
