Special Event: DEEP Stretch with 90's Alternative!

DEEP is a student favorite to end a bust work week. With summer ending, it's time to enjoy some "Special Event Fridays" at the studio. DEEP is a 60-minute stretch class that offers about 13 different stretches that we hold for a longer period of time. This allows a DEEP stretch near the facia and relives deeper stored tension in the body. This class is suitable for anyone who can be on the floor as it's mostly a mat, seated, and on the back class. We also like to chat, fellowship, listen to music and just enjoy ourselves in this hour of downtime after a long week. Friday at 5:30 is the perfect way to kick off a weekend. Join Vicki, studio owner and instructor this month for DEEP on the 5th and the 19th at Deep in the Heart Wellness 405 Galveston Street. $14 walk-in for all hour-long classes or part of your UNLIMITED Monthly Pass.
