Solstice Sunrise : Yoga & Sound by the Sea

Welcome the longest day of the year with Sunni for a serene morning of yoga and sound healing by the sea.

The summer solstice is a time of rejuvenation, new beginnings, and a celebration of light. It is also a time to reflect and draw in the light so that we can take what we need to nourish and evolve.

Our morning will begin with an uplifting yoga practice, embodying the energy of the day, moving through a gently igniting Hatha Flow to connect to your own inner fire.

The yoga practice will then seamlessly melt into a beautiful sound bath, creating an atmosphere that promotes deep healing and a sense of inner peace.

In the balanced energy of the solstice, let's embrace this opportunity to connect with each other and to nature, while nurturing our inner selves.

We're excited to share this wonderful morning with our community - we can't wait to see you there!

The precise location will be sent to you the day before the event, if the sun fails to shine we will take the event into the studio.


Please bring your own yoga mat with you for this event.
