In the cyclical view of the year, summer is a time of energy, growth & freedom. As we move out of the last throes of spring in May, how can we fly into the summer while still remaining grounded and centered? How can we maintain the energetic flow of the season without burning out too soon? What can we do in the spring and summer that will benefit our bodies and minds when autumn and winter come? 

In these two nourishing hours, we’ll enjoy some gentle movement to honour the abundance of summer, rest in yoga nidra, learn about our inner seasons and inner power and how we might shift our practises to align with our cyclical nature. 

From menarche to menopause and beyond, this women’s circle is open to women of all ages and yoga experience levels. The movement we will be doing is very gentle and doesn’t require any previous knowledge of yoga to attend.
