Morning Meditation & Sound Bath in the Geodome

Join Sunni for a morning Mediation & Sound Bath in the beautiful Geodome at Monkton.


Commencing with a Guided Mediation to centre the mind and leading into a Sound Bath to completely soothe and melt away any stress and tension.


Let yourself be bathed in the soothing vibrational frequencies of the Quartz Crystal bowls, as each ripple of sound helps you to realign on a deep and cellular level. Complemented by various percussion instruments such as chimes and shakers to create an immersive sensory experience.


As the session closes, you will be guided gently back and left with a few moments of silence so you can reflect and integrate your experience.

75 Minutes - £25.00 Per person

Mat, Eye Pillow & Bolster provided.


Please bring a blanket or two (you might want extra padding on top of the yoga mat) and dress appropriately for the weather, layer up if it’s cooler out and bring cosy socks, its important you stay warm as it can be chilly when you are resting (there are heaters too but you can never be too cosy, bring anything you need to be warm !)
