Father's Day Tree Walk, Sunday, June 15: 1:30 - 3:30 is on rain or shine!
Discover what makes the trees along Hartford Avenue so special. There are newly planted trees to old growth trees. Join arborist John Kehoe’s engaging tour identifying these special ones. Wethersfield’s Tree City status comes alive with stories, the history of tree species, and the importance of sustaining what trees do for us when we value the diversity of old growth trees.
Wear comfortable shoes and bring a water bottle. Refreshments at end.
