Trail Reps Shootout WSM

Incredibly effective trail reps running session over the stunning surroundings of Canada Coombe and Windmill Hill.
Suitable for all abilities of regular runner - 5-7 miles total distance dependant on individual ability level (handicapped session).

A medley of reps over challenging and technical terrain - some are uphill, some downhill, some flat(ish) and some are up and downhill (upndowners)... all designed to sharpen up your trail running skills whilst vamping up the VO2.
