This gentle and empowering course is designed especially for mums and those who mother who want to feel more aligned, uplifted, and present in their daily lives. Over 6 weeks, you’ll explore yoga practices that build strength and support better posture to help you stand tall with confidence and poise.

Through mindful movement, breathwork, and rest, you’ll begin to create more space in your body and your mind — helping to ease the effects of everyday movements like lifting, carrying, and bending.

A chance to realign, reconnect, and feel more like yourself again — both on and off the mat.
