Cacao, Song & Sound Healing with Emma, Callum & Friends
Step into a powerful morning of connection, music and deep inner nourishment.
We’ll share ceremonial cacao, known for its bliss-inducing and heart-opening effect; gently supporting you to feel more grounded, open, and connected to yourself and others.
Guided by Emma & Callum, the session weaves sound healing, qi gong, meditation and song in a warm, welcoming space.
This October, we’re joined by special guest Alec Cooper on sitar, who will guide us into the rich world of Indian classical music and meditative singing.
Every circle is unique, shaped by the group, season and energy of the day.
This will be our last event of the year with Alec!
