6 Week Patchwork quilting class aimed at Intermediate students who have completed the beginners course and are ready for more advanced piecing using different techniques. Original pattern designed by your Tutor is provided and a choice of fabric kits are available to purchase to complete the top. The class will discuss backing and binding. Quilting is not part of the course.

• This class is suitable for sewers who have completed our beginners class and are ready for more advanced piecing techniques using their sewing machine. You will receive tuition on all aspects of design to make the assembled quilt top. You will piece the quilt top over the duration of the class with some homework to finish.
This class can be taken using your own sewing machine.
A pattern will be provided.
• Light refreshments and 12 hours expert tuition are included in the class fee. • All classes take place in a fully insured well lit Sewing Studio and the coffee and biscuit choice is ok too 😉
• Bring your own sewing machine and basic sewing kit or contact Just Sew Simple to buy the basic tools required or arrange equipment hire for the class.
Fabric Requirements will be discussed at the first class, however you may purchase a selection of fabrics in advance of the class.
• Full payment of £120 is required at the time of booking
•. Students Basic requirement list - sewing machine with cable, extension table, darning /free machining/walking/zigzag feet, sewing kit, too include scissors, needles, pins and a tape measure. Paper scissors, paper, pencil, ruler, rotary cutter and mat, quilting ruler (all available to purchase in store in advance of the class if required)
• Cancellations Policy. Classes can be re-booked if cancelled with at least 7 days notice (50% with 2 days notice) With less than 48 hours, classes can only be re-booked if Just Sew Simple are able to re-book the original place.
