Story Time - Every Thursday

In store at Where the Wild Things Are
Come and discover your new favourite book at our weekly story time!
All are welcome, though it is best suited to children aged two to five. No need to register - just show up.
At our story time we will focus on reading a broad range of books that introduce your child to beautiful language, different people’s experiences, and delightful colours. We will read First Nations books as well as other Aussie and International authors. Story time will also draw on some of our favourite nursery rhymes, using rhythm and song to play with stories. Continue your child's positive relationship with books now by creating precious memories with them that they will associate with reading. Spending this time together reading is a brilliant way to develop language skills; nurturing and modelling a love of books is beneficial from birth!
