Gentle Yoga

Rest and Restore is a welcoming, all-inclusive gentle yoga class designed to soothe the nervous system, relax the body, and quiet the mind. Using supportive props such as bolsters, blankets, blocks and straps, we’ll move through slow, mindful postures with an emphasis on comfort, ease, and deep relaxation. Perfect for all bodies and levels of experience, this class invites you to unwind in a nurturing space where rest is prioritized and every body is honored. Whether you’re new to yoga, returning from an injury, managing chronic stress, or simply seeking stillness, you’ll find space here to breathe, soften, and come home to yourself. Come as you are, no flexibility or prior yoga experience needed.
