Beginning Composting Class

Always wanted to compost but don’t know how to get started? Learn the do’s and don’ts of composting from Friends of LaFollette Park member Mitch Kulis. Mitch has extensive experience in composting and will show you how you can make your garden’s plants stronger and healthier using organic material and worms. The class will be held at Picnic Site #3 in front of the LaFollette Park pavilion. Materials will be provided.

This event is held in partnership with West Allis - West Milwaukee Recreation Department. Registration is required and can be made at wawmrec.com or at 414-604-4900. Cost for the class is $15 for West Allis residents, $23 for non-residents.
