Metabolic Health Session I

Join us to learn how diet and lifestyle can boost energy, improve mental clarity and mood, and reduce your risk of diabetes, fatty liver and obesity. These two sessions are parts 5 and 6 of six planned for Summer 2025 at the Wellfleet Adult Community Center, led by Susan Baumgarten and Alison Dwyer.

Susan and Alison are integrative health practitioners specializing in nutrition and psychiatry, respectively. They help clients optimize health through evidence-based lifestyle choices, food, supplements, herbs, yoga, meditation, and other body-based modalities.
