Motherhood in summer can feel like a sensory overload—constant noise, nonstop needs, and zero time to reset.
If you’ve ever felt overstimulated, touched out, or like you’re snapping more than you want to—you’re not alone. You don’t need to push through. You need a pause.
Join us for a calming, in-person hour designed to help moms regulate their nervous systems and reconnect with themselves—so you can move through the season with more ease.
In this one-hour workshop, you’ll:
🌀 Learn how overstimulation impacts your nervous system (and what helps calm it)
🖐️ Practice grounding techniques like:
• 5-4-3-2-1 grounding
• Butterfly tapping
• Breathwork for calm and clarity
🧘♀️ Create your own mini Calm Kit to take home, including:
• a lavender roller
• a grounding object
• a personalized affirmation card
☕️ Come sip coffee or tea, reset your system, and walk away with tools you can actually use the next time life feels too loud.
