Harris County Family Connection, Inc. is proud to host the Georgia Senior Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) in partnership with River Valley Regional Commission - Area Agency on Aging.
This federally funded program helps eligible seniors (age 60+) gain access to locally grown fresh fruits, vegetables, and herbs — supporting both your health and our hardworking Georgia farmers! ��

(Your registration helps our local farmers know how much produce to bring!)
� Can’t make it? A proxy form can allow a friend or family member to pick up your food if you’re sick, shut-in, disabled, or otherwise unable to attend.
� Food Pick-Up Day:
� Thursday, June 12 | � 10 AM–1 PM
� Bobby Lowman Recreation Center, Waverly Hall, GA
� NOTE: Seniors may only participate once per year. If you already joined at a senior center this year, you are not eligible.
