Exploring the Gunas @ Radiant Lotus Yoga

Get to know the Gunas! In Samkhya philosophy, the three Gunas exist in everything, just in varying degrees. They are tendencies or properties that characterize an experience and determine your state of being.

Explore your subtle energy body through targeted meditations and breath work exercises. Identifying which Guna is dominant in your subtle energy body at any given moment can give you the knowledge and tools you need to find your way back to inner balance.

We’ll finish off with a nervous system regulating Sound Bath to leave you feeling grounded and rejuvenated.
