Pelvic Floor 101 Workshop

Join us at OM Center for Pelvic Floor 101, a workshop designed to help you understand and care for this vital part of your body. We’ll explore the anatomy, physiology, and functions of the pelvic floor, discuss common dysfunctions that can arise across the lifespan, and share strategies to promote lasting pelvic floor health and wellness.

This workshop will include a lecture, a Q&A session to address your questions, and a short guided movement practice to help you connect with your core, diaphragm, and pelvic floor. Whether you’re seeking education, prevention tips, or tools to enhance your overall well-being, this workshop is for everyone.
