FREE Strength at Expo Plaza!

The Joywheel Strength Tour continues with leg #4 downtown Waterloo at the RiverLoop Amphitheater & Expo Plaza!

This FREE class is a 45-minute preview class of our innovative new strength training program! Designed with the latest in scientific research in mind, our strength program is adaptable to all fitness levels and focuses on ensuring safety, building functional strength, and promoting overall health.

Tickets are free, but we do ask you reserve a spot ahead of time so we know how much equipment to bring. We will have 20 mats available to use, please reserve one in advance if you don't have one.
