Confident Transition for Rising Freshmen: Art & Mindfulness

🎨 Ready, Set, High School! 🧘‍♀️

A Confidence-Boosting Art + Mindfulness Workshop for Rising 9th Graders

✨ Is your 8th grader feeling nervous or overwhelmed about starting high school?
✨ Want to give them powerful tools to manage stress, build confidence, and start strong?

In this 2-hour creative and calming workshop, teens will:
✔️ Boost self-confidence
✔️ Learn grounding & coping strategies
✔️ Build a positive, empowered mindset
✔️ Express and process emotions through art
✔️ Take home meaningful art as reminders of their strength

🎨 Through guided art prompts and mindfulness practices, your teen will gain:

~Tools to handle stress and transitions
~A deeper sense of self-worth and resilience
~ A safe space to explore their thoughts and worries
~ A community of peers also preparing for this new chapter

All materials are included — just bring your teen and let the creativity begin!

Registration before class begins is required! Please no walk-ins.

THIS IS A DROP-OFF CLASS FOR TEENS. Parents are welcome to wait in the waiting area.
