Hoop - from Basics to Flow

Hula Hoop Workshops for adults with Generation Circus.
Taught by hula hoop performer and teacher Penny Farthing.

Suitable for total beginners (and those with experience).

All hoops provided. Just bring yourself and your curiosity.
You can chose to do one workshop - but we recommend staying on for both (plus you get practise time!)

Hoop Basics (£15)
11am-12pm
Start from scratch or refresh your skills. No experience needed.

Hoop Flow (£15)
12pm-1pm
Try off-body tricks, combos, and flow. Beginners welcome too!

Both workshops + Practise (£28)
11am-1.30pm
Join both workshops and get 30 mins of practise and play! Penny will be around to help you.
