A sound journey offers a unique and transformative experience that can deeply benefit both the mind and body. During a sound journey, participants are immersed in soothing, harmonious sounds, which help to induce deep relaxation and meditation.

Free to take part. Tickets will be available to book from 24th September via ticketsource.
