Wine and Yoga

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, or you just like sipping wine…come join us at Valley Trails Winery Sunday 22nd at 5:30pm for an afternoon of yoga and wine. You can pay at the event. Bring your mat and maybe some water. We will be in the shade but you never know how warm it’ll be…it is Kansas after all! I have a few mats available to loan if you don’t own one and BRING A FRIEND! Yoga is always better with a friend. If we can draw a decent crowd, the winery is looking to make this a monthly event.
