Summer Solstice on the Rooftop
Celebrate the beginning of summer with Unwined! A mala is the ultimate moving meditation, practicing 108 sun salutations. This cyclical practice can be deeply cleansing and offer an opportunity to let go of anything weighing you down.
Allow yourself about two hours to complete this ancient yogic tradition. Be sure to bring lots of water, especially because we will be practicing outside (weather dependent). We highly encourage you to take breaks and know that it is perfectly ok to stay as long as you'd like!
Enjoy a restful savasana, complete with a cool lavender towel.
