Qigong & Meditation Summer Series

Reconnect with your innate and noble heart while you are guided through a series of Qigong movements and meditations, surrounded by the gorgeous cedars at Idler' Rest Nature Preserve in Northern Moscow.

Experiencing a guided Qigong meditation in the cedars can enhance your awareness of self, of your natural surroundings, of the innate calm & the healthy and wise physiology already present within you. No previous experience required. It is recommended you bring: something comfortable to sit upon (chair, pillow, yoga mat, blanket), water and appropriate layers of clothing.

Meggan Baumgartner of Healing Point Asian Medicine is a licensed and nationally board certified Asian medicine practitioner, herbalist, acupuncturist and Qigong teacher. Meggan has been teaching Qigong and meditation for decades after extensive study for her 4-year Masters degree in Asian medicine.
