Summer Chef Series Featuring Malcolm White & LeAnne Gault

Don’t miss this dynamic duo of Mississippi food & culture!

Malcolm White, restaurateur, food writer, co-host of the weekly Mississippi Public Broadcasting radio show, Deep South Dining on Think Radio, and former director of the Mississippi Arts Commission, brings a creative spirit and deep appreciation for Southern cuisine to the teaching kitchen.

Joining him is LeAnne Gault, seasoned instructor at the Viking Cooking School and co-founder of the popular Cooking and Coping Facebook group. With nearly 20 years of teaching experience and a globe-spanning palate, LeAnne has guided countless home cooks on their culinary journeys.

Together, they’ll dish out bold flavors and lively stories that celebrate local roots.
