A native of West Point, Mississippi, Chef Enrika honed her skills at the Art Institute of Atlanta and cooked alongside top chefs like Richard Blais and Sean Brock. From fine-dining kitchens to farm-to-table residencies, her culinary journey reflects bold experimentation grounded in Southern tradition. Now back in Mississippi, she brings her distinct style and passion to the Catfish Row Teaching Kitchen for a flavorful, one-of-a-kind demonstration.
