🌼 Saturday Refresher: Somatic Release for a Fresh Start 🌼

Start your weekend with a powerful reset. Join us for *Saturday Refresher*, a gentle, guided one-hour session designed to help you release what no longer serves you and make space for a renewed week ahead.

🌀 **What to Expect:**
- 20 minutes of grounding **breathwork**
- 20 minutes of **gentle stretching**
- 20 minutes of **HeartMath/heart coherence** practices

Each session is a calming journey inward – supporting emotional balance, nervous system regulation, and inner clarity.
