Solstice & Clarity: A Mid-Year Reflection + Vision Boarding Workshop

As we enter a new season and cross the midpoint of the year, it’s the perfect time to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most. Whether you’re revisiting intentions you set in January or ready to set fresh goals for the season ahead, this intimate, in-person workshop offers a creative and grounding space to do just that.

We’ll begin with a brief introduction to the science behind vision boarding and why this practice is so powerful. I’ll also share a bit about why it’s meaningful to me. Then, I’ll guide you through a calming visualization to help you tune inward and connect with what you truly want to prioritize in the months ahead.

From there, the evening is yours to create, reflect, and collage your vision in a relaxed and welcoming space. It’s totally OK if you don’t consider yourself “crafty”—this process is intuitive and approachable, designed to help you connect with your goals in a new and meaningful way. You’ll leave with a beautiful vision board and a renewed sense of clarity and intention.
