Crystal is a yogi, reiki master as well as sound therapist who specializes in curating immersive workshops and retreats that blend restorative/somatic movement, vibrational healing, and energetic alignment. Through her work, she creates sacred spaces for transformation, offering individuals the opportunity to reconnect with their inner wisdom, release energetic blockages, and cultivate balance and renewal. She is Certified in multi style yoga, meditation, and sound therapy. As well as receiving her reiki masters in 2024.
