Breathwork can be a powerful modality to work through emotional blockages, dismantle false beliefs, and release trauma.

For those that don't know how it flows, these Mini-Workshops are going to be Conscious Connected Breathwork and Sound Healing following. I'll always coach in a gentle and encouraging way to provide guidance for how deep you want to go, but come with intention to lean into some powerful healing through this type of breathwork. When this mechanism of breath gains momentum it moves energy through stagnant and stuck energy in the body and psyche.

The final releases can be dramatic, but I'll always do my utmost get you back to ground with a new "Nature-Infused Soundbath" to close our evening, and a calming integration circle.

I recently recorded some nighttime jungle sounds and rivers in Costa Rica, and I've been recording my plants too, with a technology called Plantwave. It's pretty amazing. Of course the ancient healing tones of himilayan singing bowls, wooden percussion and chimes will be live and played with love and kindness.

Whether you're seeking relaxation or profound energetic shifts, this session is for you. Let your breath and the healing sounds guide you toward renewal, growth, and balance.
