The trees whisper their wisdom: rest is not escape; it is a return—a return to yourself, to the rhythm of breath, to the stillness that nourishes all things.

Here, in the heart of the forest, there is nothing to do, nowhere to go—only the sacred act of being. Let Reiki drift like morning mist, sound hum like the wind through the leaves, and your body soften into the embrace of nature. In this untouched wilderness, you are safe, held, and deeply restored. When you emerge, you carry the quiet strength of the forest within you—rooted, whole, and at peace.

Parking: Street parking near 13th and Mill Plain (some free, some paid). Please arrive early to find parking and get settled.
