Embrace life’s changes with openness and grace. This session guides you through somatic breathwork that cultivates presence and fluidity in your body and mind. The gentle breathing practices help release tension and invite your nervous system into a state of ease.

Following breathwork, a deeply restorative sound bath envelops you in soothing vibrations, supporting your capacity to move with life’s natural rhythms and embody expansive energy. This practice encourages you to welcome change as an opportunity for growth, helping you cultivate resilience and flow with grace.

What to Bring: Yoga mat and eye-cover

🚗 Parking: Street parking near 13th and Mill Plain (some free, some paid). Please arrive early to find parking and get settled.
