Using intentional somatic breathwork, this session helps you connect deeply with your breath and body, unlocking stuck energy and opening pathways for self-expression.

Paired with a healing sound bath, this practice clears energetic blockages around the throat chakra and encourages your unique voice to emerge freely and powerfully. Whether you want to speak your truth more fully or simply reconnect with your creative energy, this session supports you in reclaiming your personal power through breath and sound.
