When was the last time you dismissed a compliment, didn’t take that offer of help, or put everyone’s needs before your own? Many of us know how to give love, but do we really know how to receive it especially in our intimate relationships? The Pollinate Cacao Ritual was specifically created to help us step into the space of deep receiving and begin our journey to challenge our lack of self love expressed when we don’t fully receive the love of others.
This ritual, aided by the heart opening power of ceremonial cacao uses partnered exercises to continually pull you into a space of deep receiving.It is a great opportunity to explore, reset and deepen. This ritual can be used over time within the relationship as well.
While beneficial, this ritual is not meant to be used as a therapy modality for couples in a challenging phase of their relationship. We recommend you consult your therapist as to whether this is the right time to engage in deepening your connection with this ritual. Free free to reach out to

Pollinate Founder Kathryn Dickel and Shannissy Catron of Wild Heart Birth and Body Work created this ritual for Pollinate Women’s Weekend and will be facilitating these rituals for you. All rituals offered by Pollinate are done so on a free-will donation basis, BUT YOU MUST REGISTER TO ATTEND. Each registration is per couple. Rituals will take place at The Pollinate Hive House, 1011 64th Street, Windsor Heights, Iowa. Space is limited (we're not just saying that).
All rituals are offered at Pollinate with as free-will donation experiences. We ask that you consider a donation of $50 (for a couple). If you can give more or less please do, or if you can need to donate at a lower level or can't donate at this time please don't let that stop you from joining us.
