Honor our heroes this Memorial Day with a powerful community workout. We’ll be taking on the legendary Murph Challenge—1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, and another 1 mile run—scaled options available, all fitness levels welcome. Come sweat, support, and celebrate together!
