Sunrise Yoga

Join us for a peaceful start to your day with our Sunrise Yoga class. Stretch your body and clear your mind as you soak up the beauty of the early morning sun.

All levels welcome. BYO Yoga Mat.

Weather permitted we sometimes practice outside on the deck so please rug up to keep warm during these cooler mornings.

Class is by donation making Yoga accessible to everyone ☺️💜
