This guided meditation class and Dharma Talk is about the power of observation to live more meaningfully through rehearsals and learn new skilful ways to do so. "True Compassion is a result, and there are skilful exercises to learn how to do so "The historical Shakyamuni Buddha practiced single-pointed meditation and 'noble silence', and today the teachings and profound results continue as living proof. Following over 2,500 years of an 'old path', skilful method called the Eightfold Noble Path, one starts to understand what it truly means in being, having presence and connecting with others. It brings a different level to know joy within and spreads among people surrounding close by or far.
