# Event Details - **Event Name**: Queen Forever - CANBERRA, ACT - Greatest Hits Tour - **Event Start and End Date**: Sat, 28 Feb, 2026 at 09:30 am - **Event Description**: TICKETS ON SALE THURSDAY 30 OCTOBER 2025 • 10:00am https://canberratheatrecentre.n.qtix.com.au/tickets/series/ctcqueenforevergreatesthitstour26 The lights dim, the crowd erupts, and from the very first note you know — this is Queen, exactly as it should be. In 2026, Queen Forever celebrates 20 years with their Greatest Hits Tour – 20th Anniversary, and on Saturday 28 February 2026 they bring the full stadium spectacle to Canberra Theatre. This is not just another tribute. It’s a full-scale rock-theatre experience that captures the energy, drama and heart of Queen in their prime. Frontman Gareth Hill channels Freddie Mercury with spine-tingling accuracy — the voice, the moves, the mischief, the charisma. Alongside him, Scott Bastian soars with those unmistakable Brian May tones, Brad Hodgkinson delivers Roger Taylor’s thunder, Darryn McLaughlin locks in John Deacon’s iconic grooves, and Danny Oakhill wraps the room in lush keys and harmonies. Together, they don’t just play Queen — they become Queen. Expect the anthems that defined generations: Bohemian Rhapsody, Somebody to Love, Radio Ga Ga, Don’t Stop Me Now, Killer Queen, Another One Bites the Dust, We Will Rock You and We Are the Champions. When Bohemian Rhapsody rings out, Canberra Theatre becomes a choir. When the stomps of We Will Rock You shake Civic, you’ll feel the floor rumble. And when We Are the Champions closes the night, you’ll leave with that rare, spine-tingling euphoria that only comes from a truly great live performance. For the die-hards, every show also features rotating deep cuts, keeping the setlist fresh and dropping in those fan-favourite surprises you rarely hear live. Add upgraded staging, cinematic video backdrops and immersive audience interaction, and you’ve got Queen’s music delivered at full scale — right here in Canberra. 2026 also marks 50 years since Queen first toured Australia, and Queen Forever are honouring that legacy with a show that spans the full breadth of Queen’s catalogue — from glam-rock beginnings to stadium-shaking anthems. Over two decades, Queen Forever has thrilled audiences across Australia, New Zealand and Asia, earning a reputation as the most entertaining and authentic Queen tribute in the world. Critics and fans agree: this is as close as it gets. Don’t miss the ultimate celebration of Queen — one night only at Canberra Theatre, Saturday 28 February 2026. ?
