Interested in learning about Japanese culture through a hands-on culinary journey? Join Wren’s acclaimed Chef Yo during this masterclass on the art of creating maki and nigiri rolls. Guests will lean into the precise expertise incorporated in each sushi bite…in a fun, interactive environment.
What to expect: Guests will enjoy a curated culinary experience led by Chef Yo showcasing the craft of maki and nigiri rolls. After the class, the group will enjoy dinner as they dine on their culinary creations paired with saki and additional bites from the highly-acclaimed Wren team. This experience is assured to be delicious: under Chef Yo’s leadership, Wren has been recognized as Virginia’s “Restaurant of the Year” by the Virginia Restaurant, Lodging & Travel Association.
This class is ages 21 and up.
