Prenatal Pilates can be a great way to prepare your body for childbirth by enhancing posture, flexibility, and strength. More than just physical benefits, it offers a wonderful opportunity to unwind, connect with your growing bump, and meet other expectant mums, share experiences, celebrate milestones.
Our classes are suitable from 14 weeks pregnant all the way to birth, and our lovely prenatally-trained instructors will ensure youβre comfortable, confident and cared forβevery step of the way.
