Suitable for complete beginners as well as those of you who are very familiar with Barre and Pilates.

- Thursday, 19:45 - 20:45, Barre Concept
7/08, 14/08, 21/08, 28/08

- Friday, 12:30 - 13:30, Mat Pilates with Floor Barre*
8/08, 15/08, 22/08, 29/08

- Saturday, 10:15 - 11:15, Barre Concept
9/08, 16/08, 23/08, 30/08

Sign up for 4 weeks or on specific dates - the choice is yours!
All classes held in an air conditioned Studio in Haliburton Rd.
All equipment provided - small weights, resistance bands and Pilates balls.
The more classes you book, the lower the price/class:

​Book 2 - 4 classes = £16/class
Book 5 - 8 classes = £15/class
Book 9+ classes = £14/class
​Single class/payg = £17/class
Taster class = £10 only! (new customers only)
