Reparenting your Inner Child and Somatic Release

This immersive workshop is designed to help us get into our body, connect with our inner child, and release the years of trauma stored in the fascia.

We will explore and identify our core human needs, attachment patterns, and how to reestablish the mind-body connection through reflective journaling, meditation, movement, breathwork, and somatic techniques.

This empowering container will provide practical tools for nervous system regulation, authentic communication, trauma release, and a deeper connection to our true selves and the child within.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Matt Michaels is a holistic health coach with 5 years of practice. He dove into his own healing journey 10 years ago when he faced chronic pain and disease that put his entire life on hold. Through self-experimentation and consistent work, he healed his body of the disease and inflammation that had plagued him since adolescence.

Now Matt is on a mission to share what he’s learned, coaching others towards a path of true health through diet and lifestyle changes. His passion for health extends beyond the physical and has found extensive value in inner child work and somatic emotional release, which he is excited to share with the collective.
