The Art of Change: A Workshop for Women Entrepreneurs

Do you feel like you are ready for a change in either your life or business yet find yourself lost in uncertainty? Is your soul yearning to break out of stagnation and seek a path towards greater fulfillment? Do you sense something blossoming within, but feel overwhelmed where to start?

Each of us will go through cycles of death and rebirth throughout our lives. Sometimes a death is triggered by something external (ex: job loss, relationship ending, a literal death) or something internal (ex: habit, way of being, limited belief or self-concept). Change and letting go of what’s no longer working can be scary. Yet, the beauty of an ending is the opportunity of a new beginning.

This talk will include:

• crucial shifts that support you to flourish into your true self.

Abour your guide: Kate is a birth doula and life coach. She has nearly a decade of experience working in mental health with youth, families, and individuals. Kate’s work focuses on helping people get unstuck, unlock their potential, and birth their authentic selves. She blends her background and training as a therapist with energy psychology/EFT Tapping, guided imagery, and nervous system support to help people embody the changes they wish to see. Kate’s intention is that everyone she supports feels safe, seen, and that they matter.
