Intuitive, warm, humorous, and grounded are words others have used to describe me. Born and raised near the Santa Monica mountains, my path, like many, has meandered and entailed a variety of experiences that influence how I show up. I have worked with youth and families for nearly a decade as a community-based psychotherapist and have been involved with doula work for over five years. Additionally, I am a certified John Gottman Bringing Baby Home educator. Birth work became my passion while volunteering in Labor and Delivery at the Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and in the Alameda County Jail with the Birth Justice Project. Prior to that I helped start school gardens and implement environmental and food systems education in Northern New Mexico. I live in Truckee, California
