Grof® Breathwork Retreat (Aug 14-17th)

Join Sebastián Noemi, the lead facilitator and skilled Grof® Breathwork practitioner with over a decade of experience holding space for holotropic states, for a transformative breathwork retreat to awaken your inner healing intelligence.

Experience two deep breathwork sessions, integration through mandala drawing and sharing circles, and a healing sound bath guided by experienced practitioner Gyöngyi Ridenour. Reconnect with yourself through gentle hikes in serene nature—and foster meaningful connection with a community of like-minded seekers.

Thursday (Aug 14) | in-person or virtual (5pm-8pm): Meet & Greet & Introduction to the retreat — with the option to join virtually.

Friday (Aug 15) | in-person (9am-7pm): Grof® Breathwork — 2 groups (breather and sitter), mandala drawing, integration circle.

Saturday (Aug 16) | in-person (9am-7pm): Grof® Breathwork (in-person) — 2 groups (breather and sitter), mandala drawing, integration circle.

Sunday (Aug 17) | in-person (10am-1pm): Integration (in-person) — Sound bath, nature (easy) hike by the creek, and closing circle.

Lunch, dinner, and beverages will be provided throughout the retreat.
