Breathe, Center, and Restore: A Journey Inward
Join us for a 90-minute immersive workshop designed to calm the mind, awaken inner awareness, and reset the nervous system. We’ll begin with guided pranayama (breathwork) to clear energetic blockages and deepen the connection between body and breath.
From there, you'll be gently led into a meditative journey that cultivates presence, stillness, and inner clarity.
The experience concludes with a healing sound bath, using crystal bowls, chimes, and other vibrational instruments to harmonize your energy and invite deep rest.
This workshop is open to all levels. Come as you are—no experience necessary.

About Justin True:
Justin is a yoga teacher, trained Shamanic Practitioner (guided shamanic journeying) and meditation teacher.
Justin loves bringing medicine to the community, integrating ancient wisdom and practices from many teachers and elders.
He's most interested in ‘where’ all of the spiritual methods take us. Yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and observation are all simply methods. We use these methods to bring us to something more authentic and of a greater depth than the mental and emotional bodies tend to take us. Justin holds space and offers opportunities for something unexpected to happen; an inner encounter or an experience; maybe even an epiphany. We’re always moving from truth to higher truth. Yoga asana, pranayama, sound, and contemplation are the vehicle to drive us there, if we’re willing. Lets ride together!
