ESCF Athlete Clinic: 2K Row: Technique, Pacing, Endurance

Join us for a 2K Row Athlete Clinic that will focus on technique, pacing and building endurance. ⁠

This session will cover the following: ⁠
⁠
✅️ Warm-up: Dynamic stretching, easy rowing and technique drills. ⁠
⁠
✅️ Pacing Drills: Focus on practicing rowing at a specific split time. ⁠
⁠
✅️ Interval Training: Short bursts of rowing at high intensity followed by periods of rest. ⁠
⁠
✅️ Sprint work: Practice accelerating and finishing strong. ⁠
⁠
✅️ 2K Row⁠
⁠
✅️ Cooldown: Easy rowing and static stretching. ⁠
⁠
This focused clinic will benefit athletes of all levels to identify their 500m split, gain confidence in their 2K row, and improve rowing efficiency and performance during workouts.⁠
